Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Hats, fanny packs, t-shirts, and tumblers are produced on-demand and ship separately from other items. Please allow additional time for production.
Transit time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. We ship via USPS and UPS from Knoxville, TN. We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays. For orders outside the US, customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
We’re unable to change or cancel an order once it’s placed. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Hats, fanny packs, t-shirts, and tumblers are produced just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be returned in the same box/mailer that they were delivered in to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. Once we receive your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and sale items cannot be returned. If there was a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll get it fixed right away!
Crisp printing on the tape, as pictured. It's more opaque than some tapes, and I like that, personally. I can put it down on a paper color other than white without worrying it will get totally lost on the page. The adhesive strength is strong enough that it won't start peeling up, but won't damage anything if you have to remove it. Love it.
