How long does is take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days. Processing time is how long it takes us to get your order ready for shipment. If you need an order quickly, please consider choosing a expedited delivery method. Once we hand packages over to the carrier chosen during at checkout, it is their responsibility to deliver the package. Transit time is out of our control, and we are not responsible for lost packages or mail theft.
Can you customize a product for me?
Some products can be customized, but may require a small customization fee or minimum quantity. Please use the contact form to submit your request.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes! International orders are shipped USPS First Class International, or USPS Priority International, depending on the size of the order. Please note that returns on international orders are not accepted, and shipping time can take up to a month.
Do you accept returns?
Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be returned in the same box/mailer that they were delivered in to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. Once we receive your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and sale items cannot be returned. If there was a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll get it fixed right away!
Is my transaction secure?
Your privacy is important to us. We will never share your information with a third party, and the information you provide is solely used to contact you about your order. Transactions on our site are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
