Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Hats, fanny packs, t-shirts, and tumblers are produced on-demand and ship separately from other items. Please allow additional time for production.
Transit time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. We ship via USPS and UPS from Knoxville, TN. We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays. For orders outside the US, customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
We’re unable to change or cancel an order once it’s placed. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Hats, fanny packs, t-shirts, and tumblers are produced just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be returned in the same box/mailer that they were delivered in to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. Once we receive your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and sale items cannot be returned. If there was a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll get it fixed right away!

So… I didn’t know there was such a thing as high end washi tape. Turns out there is, and it’s this. And oddly not any more expensive than the washies that rip the wrong way as you pull them off the roll. This tape is made out of magic or something. It comes up really easily if you make a mistake and need to redo something, but it somehow also sticks to the surface really well? I’m not sure how that’s possible, but it’s awesome. Also, it’s super freakin’ cute.
