Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Hats, fanny packs, t-shirts, and tumblers are produced on-demand and ship separately from other items. Please allow additional time for production.
Transit time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. We ship via USPS and UPS from Knoxville, TN. We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays. For orders outside the US, customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
We’re unable to change or cancel an order once it’s placed. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Hats, fanny packs, t-shirts, and tumblers are produced just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be returned in the same box/mailer that they were delivered in to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. Once we receive your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and sale items cannot be returned. If there was a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll get it fixed right away!
This is easily my favorite washi tape ever. And I have a LOT of washi tape. It cuts cleanly, doesn't shred, and sticks SO well compared to most other indie tapes I've tried. It's definitely more papery than plasticky. No glue required for staying on Tomoe River or Campus Sarasara paper, which seems to be an incredible feat for most washi. I've already reordered more! I'd do terrible things to get a few rolls of this with the slime wrapping paper design on it.
